Custom Pre-Shrunk 100% Cotton Welding Cap

Unlike many handmade welding caps, every cap is made from 100% pre-shrunk cotton, so the size you order is the size you keep. No surprises after the first wash, no shrinking, and no ending up with a cap that suddenly fits like a cone on top of your head.

Whether you're in the shop, on the job site, in the garage, or under the hood, this handmade welding cap is designed for comfort, protection, and personality. Each cap is made to order using 100% pre-shrunk cotton fabric and is available in multiple sizes and crown heights for a fit that works with your head shape and hair length.

Medium Crown (approximately 7" deep) - Covers the tops of the ears comfortably

Sizing

Please measure around your head where you normally wear a hat and select the closest size from the size chart. If you're between sizes or wear your hair thick, sizing up is usually recommended.

Each cap is handmade to order. Current production time is approximately 3–5 business days, plus shipping.
