Returns & Refunds
Because each item is handmade, many are made to order or customized just for you. For that reason, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or I made a mistake with your order, please contact me at divinelytwistedco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. I'll gladly work with you to make it right.
To help resolve any issues quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition before a refund or replacement can be issued. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to my error or a damaged item.
