Unlike many handmade welding caps, every cap is made from 100% pre-shrunk cotton, so the size you order is the size you keep. No surprises after the first wash, no shrinking, and no ending up with a cap that suddenly fits like a cone on top of your head.

Each cap is made to order using 100% pre-shrunk cotton fabric and is available in multiple sizes and crown heights for a fit that works with your head shape and hair length.

Crown Height

Sizing

Please measure around your head where you normally wear a hat and select the closest size from the size chart. If you're between sizes or wear your hair thick, sizing up is usually recommended.
